“Our son, Kylan, has been with the Augusta Paradigm since 2014. Kylan’s Case Manager recommended that I let him try them out. Kylan had been with other day services prior to going to Paradigm, but they were boring to him. They stayed at the day center and didn’t get out much. The best part about Paradigm is they take the kids out in the community and do fun things. They go shopping, bowling, to museums, the zoo, El Dorado Lake, movie theaters and the list goes on. The owners and staff are nothing but amazing and truly care about our kids. They also have a full time nurse at the day center. The other wonderful thing about Paradigm is they have group homes in the area. Kylan comes home on the weekends and the van picks him up on MOnday mornings and takes him back to the day center, which we are very grateful for. The homes are very nice too. As a parent of a special needs child, you want nothing but the best for them and to know who is responsible for your child when they are not with you–that they are being taken care of. I truly have that with Paradigm and I have nothing but respect for them.”

“Paradigm Services was the best choice for our family for many reasons. The most (in my opinion) important reason for me was the amount of compassion they showed. “Number one, I love the availability of supervisors and staff. I love that staff at the house will contact me if there's a problem and they're really good about keeping me informed of anything going on. I also love that the day program is very much a family atmosphere the several times that I've been there. Jamie absolutely loves the day program and says that she gets to go hang out with her friends all day. I love the medical care that she gets. Basically, Jamie is very happy at her home and program and I've never had any problems with either.”

“Alex and the whole staff at Paradigm do an excellent job caring for my special needs son.
